I hereby certify that Zhejiang San-gobuild Jiasheng New Energy Co., ltd (SGBSOLAR), jointly established by us and Hangzhou Singer Building Materials Co., Ltd (Sangobuild), is the exclusive manufacturer of our solar-tile-series products.

SGBSOLAR has the right to use all materials of our solar tile products, including but not limited to brochures, installation manuals, videos, and the trademark (GAINSOLAR).
